Барнс, Артур К(елвин) (Barnes, Arthur K[elvin]) (1911, Беллингэм, Вашингтон [Bellingham, Washington] - 1969) - американский писатель-фантаст. Окончил Лос-Анджелесский ун-т (UCLA). Член Фи-Бетта-Каппа. Служил в армии. Жил в Калифорнии.
Первая НФ публикация - рассказ "Повелитель молнии" ("Lord of the Lightning", 1931).
Публиковался также под псевдонимами Dave Barnes, Kelvin Kent (с Г. Каттнером и один).
